Join us for the 51st Annual Lumberjack Jaunt brought to you by the Brainerd Nordic Ski Club.
This years event has been rescheduled to February 1st, 2026 due to cold weather.
The Lumberjack Jaunt is a family oriented ski race. We encourage skiers of all abilities to ski and enjoy the trails at the Northland Arboretum. Come share memories of 51 years of the Lumberjack Jaunt. Lumberjack or vintage ski apparel is encouraged.
Registration Information:
$30 ($20-18 and under) through January 22nd.
Race Day $35 ($25-18 and under)
Free kids races (ages 4 to 12)-1k or 2k but registration is required.
Race Distance Options:
Classic Distances-8 km and 16 km
Skate/Freestyle Distances- 8 km and 16 km
Schedule of events:
9:00 am- Registration & bib pick up starts.
11:00 am- Free kids races.
12:00 pm- Racing starts with the Classic racers
12:10 pm- Freestyle/Skate racers start
Awards and Meal (free with entry) to follow the completion of the races.
